Newsletter Data

If you would like to receive the newsletter that is offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you, as well as information that will allow us to verify that you are the proprietor of the given e-mail address and that you consent to receiving the newsletter. No further data is collected. We use this data only for sending the requested information and do not give this to third parties. The issued permission to save the data and use this for the sending of the newsletter can, at any time, be revoked through the „Austragen“-link in the newsletter.
Our newsletter is released around every two months and contains current information concerning our agency software easyJOB and the company Because Software. Before the transmission of the newsletter, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the proprietor of the e-mail address in which the newsletter subscription must be confirmed. Unconfirmed registrations are automatically deleted within at most four weeks. With regards to the registration, we save the time of registration and confirmation, as well as the IP address of the user. We are obligated to record the registration in order to be able to prove lawful registrations.

We record when the newsletter issues are read and how often they are read. These data are collected on an anonymous and statistical basis, this means that we do not save information on which individual recipient has opened the e-mail.

Contact Form

If you send us an inquiry through the contact form, your data from the inquiry form including your stated contact details will be saved for the processing of your inquiry and in case you have follow-up questions. These data are not passed on without our permission.
